Thanks for your interest in our products. Kindly refer to below common inquiries regarding payments and placing an order.

A. PAYMENT FAQs

1. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We securely accept all major debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.

2. I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL. DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT (VISA OR MASTERCARD) OR CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept any cards if you don't want to use PayPal.

3. WHAT IS THE CURRENCY DURING PAYMENT?
All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. This USD currency can be seen at the bottom part before checking out. However, please note that we also accept international credit and debit cards in any currency (International charge or conversion fee will be charged by your bank provider)

4. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Usually these emails get trapped in junk mails, spam folders or under social or promotions tab, depending on your email settings.

B. ORDER FAQs:

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Put the quantity before clicking "Add to Cart". You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order. A confirmation email (containing Shipping and Order details) will be sent within 2 minutes after you placed an order.

2. CAN I SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO AN ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT MATCH MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address. Shipping address is more important though, this is where your order will be delivered.

3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations with valid reasons are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any valid reason, reach out to us immediately at support@luxadapters.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive and at limited time only. If you wish to cancel your order after a few days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot do so because there is no means for us if your order was already processed or on its way.
